I’ve worked at MotoNovo since 2009 starting as a Collections Advisor, working my way up to Specialist Collections Advisor and more recently being promoted to Collections Project Specialist. Since joining MotoNovo in 2016, I’ve seen first-hand how many opportunities there are for progression and personal development. I originally joined as a Personal Loans Advisor, before progressing into Team Leader and then into Manager. This year, I secured the Remote Account Team Manager position where I’ve been responsible for setting up a brand new team to ensure we're providing the best support for our dealers. I’ve met and worked with some brilliant people, been involved in some amazing charity activities including cycling from London to Paris and even set up a MotoNovo football team!

For interviews - smart is best. However, the everyday dress code is smart casual – we respect our people as individuals, so we believe that you can make a great impression whilst bringing your own personal taste and style to the business!
We have limited parking, so can only offer these spaces to candidates with specific access needs. We are based in Cardiff City Centre, with numerous nearby parking options, we are also adjacent to Cardiff Central Station and a number of bus routes.
Unless you have been briefed in advance, there is nothing specific you will be required to bring, however you are welcome to bring any research or notes you have made into your interview or to the assessment centre.
Unless you have been given a specific preparation brief, we recommend you prepare by browsing our website and learning about our products, history, and culture. But don’t forget about you – we’ll have questions on your previous experience, so know what you want to say.
We understand! A job interview can be an extremely stressful and worrying process. There are many people on hand who will support you and do their best to put you at ease throughout your time here (our reception team are incredible at settling nerves). We are all human and we truly want to meet the real you, so try not to worry. Remember - we get nervous sometimes too!
Two years on from the pandemic and a lot of remote working later, our colleagues have told us that they want flexibility in the future. As a result of this, we're trialling working one day a week in the office. We do understand that colleagues may prefer to work up to 5 days a week in the office, and that’s okay too. As you embark on your career with us, you may be asked to spend more time in the office to give you the opportunity to get to know your team and Manager, whilst we support you as you learn all the aspects of your new role.
Our teams wellbeing is our top priority and as a business, we'll always follow the latest government guidance. We've enhanced cleaning throughout the office which includes all desks being sanitised at the end of the day, and installed hand sanitiser stations throughout every floor.
