The Business Change function within MotoNovo Finance has a considerable impact on all projects delivered and designed within MNF. The role of Senior Project Manager is challenging and hugely rewarding whilst continuing to develop your extensive skill set.

The Project Management Team are responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring that the resources required to deliver these are in place and that the appropriate methodologies and processes are used throughout the lifecycle of a Project.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a division of projects within MNF's portfolio, you will be required to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of the project cycle as well as working as part of the wider team supporting and assisting your colleagues.

What you will be doing?

Manage, train and develop the Project Managers that are responsible of delivering projects within the division.
Co-ordinate all resources that are required to deliver a project (internal and external)
Handle all project queries, assisting with project planning, project scoping and scheduling control and provide performance and management reports
Identify any gaps in the Project Management Process and provide guidance on how to proceed.
Ensure all projects are compliant with the internal approval process, including regular updates of progress of project deliverables.

What you will need 

Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proven Senior Project Management experience.
Great attention to detail, where quality and detail is essential.
Experience of line managing Project Managers previously.
Excellent Planning and organising skills.
Being able to adapt and respond well to change.
Good decision making and judgement skills, where you can make clear, timely and informed decisions.
