The Collections department is responsible for helping our customers who may find themselves in arrears or facing difficulty with their finance agreement. The department has a huge impact on the success of MotoNovo Finance and so we are on the lookout for those who can make a difference, to join us.
This role will sit within the Forecasting & Planning team who support the entire contact centre and back office with planning shift patterns and management of our Workforce Optimisation software. The role will include a close relationship with the Operations Managers to maximize performance at all levels.
As a Resource Analyst you will possess experience in operational planning and a working knowledge of Excel. You will have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and great time management. This role will require you to be self-sufficient and work off your own initiative.
What you will be doing
Supporting continuous contact centre improvement and use data to make recommendations.
Monitor efficiencies to support the contact centre performance to ensure targets are hit.
Provide feedback to managers to help them manage and support their teams.
Use WFM and CMS systems to help provide critical MI to ensure effective operational oversight and management.
Help to develop and support ongoing maintenance of workforce management (WFM) planning processes for multiple Contact Centre teams across the business.

This is a very close team so you will never be short of support. You will be busy more often than not so if you thrive when working under pressure and like your days to go super quickly, then this role could be perfect for you.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with the occasional late evening to 6pm.
Salary offered will be reflective of experience but can be up to £25,000 plus an annual performance related bonus is also available.
