At MotoNovo Finance our motor dealerships are our customers too!

Our Dealer Services team are a hub for our Supporting Dealerships and Account Managers to contact us with any queries, issues or assistance requests they may have in relation to the first part of the finance journey, selling the car and the ongoing relationship following that. 

What will you be doing?

  • Manage all incoming calls and related administration tasks
  • Work the HPI queues to avoid potential dual interest
  • Assist Dealerships and Account Managers with queries
  • Promote MotoNovo's products and services

Life in the team

Our team will fully support you throughout your training and beyond. There are coaches on the team who will be there to help you work through your structured training plan. The team are very hardworking and really pull together as a team to work through busy times but that hardwork is recognised amd rewarded! If you join our Dealer Services team you can expect quarterly team nights out, 'Fun Fridays', Employee of the month (nominated by your colleagues based) and other fun department initiatives! 

You can also earn a monthly bonus up to £350 based on productivity, average speed of answer (ASA), abandonment rate (AR), quality etc.

Hours of work will be between 09:00-20:00 Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 Saturday and 10:00-17:00 Sundays (on a rota basis 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 5 Sundays).

What will you need?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport quickly
  • To be team player
  • To be able to work well under pressure during busy times
  • Confidence on the phone and a passion for speaking to people

What does the process look like?

If you are successful at the application stage you will be invited to our Head Office for either a competency based interview or a group assessment centre. We always do our upmost to make you feel relaxed as we want the best from you, we want you to be yourself and hopefully enjoy meeting us! The assessment centres are slightly different in terms of layout and timings but we have worked hard to make these days as fun and engaging as possible. If you are successful in joining MotoNovo, your time with us will start with our unique and insightful induction programme. In your two days with Alex (our induction champion) we can ensure you will gain a wealth of MotoNovo knowledge, build new relationships and have a fun filled start on your journey with us. Once you have joined your team and settled in, you will make a start with your robust training plan where your development will be your team leader’s priority. We know that everyone’s learning styles are different so you won’t be taking your first call until you feel ready.
