The Field Sales team are very much the face of MotoNovo Finance and key drivers behind its success and performance. They provide support and develop our relationships with our dealers, helping to grow their business alongside ours.

As an Account Manager you will support Motonovo Finance to proactively and professionally promote our products and services within the motor industry. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Motonovo Finance brand and all current and future motor product propositions. They will be a partner to the customers they support whilst identifying and maximising profitable sales opportunities and achieving agreed targets.

The ideal candidate must have a proven field sales background. They must have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, be confident in communicating and presenting information. They must be target driven with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude. They must be able to demonstrate good organisational and planning skills, have good attention to detail and be able to use their own initiative.

Experience in the motor industry or a financial services background is desirable but not essential.  

The role will cover the Luton, St Albans, North London and North West London areas. Postcodes covered include; LU, AL, N and NW.

You must hold a full driving licence for this position.
