A planning and MI team that are having a significant impact on the decision making across a growing bank?

The role of Planning and MI Analyst is really important to us. You will be working with the operations teams to identify and forecast business requirements to make sure the group are providing their customers with the best service possible.

This role will be based in our Cardiff or Wilmslow offices however, you will be able to work a blend of both home and office each week. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.


What would your day look like?

  • Work with stakeholders from the operations and Contact Centre teams to establish and develop ongoing workforce management and planning
  • Create forecasts for call volumes, team performances and campaigns to name a few areas so the business can make the necessary decisions, so the contact centre teams remain as effect and efficient as possible.
  • Create, produce and deliver regular MI for use by the management.


What do we expect of you?

  • Experience in contact centre forecasting and planning using workforce planning platforms to develop forecasts.
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills to develop, manipulate and present MI findings
  • Excellent stakeholder and presentation skills
