Feel like being part of…

The Business Support team provides both administrative support and customer service to the MotoNovo Group. The team plays a huge part in the day to day smooth running of the organisation.

This role will be based in our Cardiff office. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

What would your day look like?

  • Undertake administrative support (e.g. post in and out of the business, emails, general correspondence and documentation, etc.) as required and in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To undertake the production and distribution of regulatory documents to customers in accordance with policy and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that a variety of payments are noted and banked in a timely manner.
  • Ensure individual records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Undertake investigation of financial discrepancies (e.g. daily exception reports, customer queries), resolving issues to a satisfactory conclusion and advising relevant third parties and line manager as appropriate.  Refer unresolved discrepancies to line manager.
  • Maintain all systems-based records in accurate and timely manner ensuring data integrity is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure XMB Business Support inbox is maintained and up to date on a daily basis.
  • Respond to Subject Access Requests made by customers and third parties within 28 days. ‘Subject Access Requests’ to include ‘DSARs’, ‘Law Enforcement Requests’ and ‘Erasure Requests.
