The role of a Senior Digital Experience Manager is really important to us. You will develop and execute the User Experience Vision, and Work with 3rd party tech providers to compliantly optimise customer journeys, engagement, and conversion of the digital platform for both customers and dealers. Delivers insight and works in close collaboration with the broader Proposition Development team to define and implement roadmaps. 

When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Head Office, in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. In the meantime, you will be based remotely. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager and colleagues, through regular contact and virtual interaction. 

What would your day look like?

  • Defines the vision for our clients digital customer experience, focusing on customer journeys across the digital platform, in line with Group strategy
  • Provides deep functional specialist expertise to optimise the organisation platform UX across multiple 3rd party tech providers
  • Develops and delivers user-functionality on agreed product roadmaps working with 3rd party tech providers
  • Develop a multi-variant testing approach reporting on results and work with agency and 3rd party tech providers to use results to optimise user experience Works with external agency to deliver UX technical specs to ensure developers deliver required outcomes
  • Works closely with digital marketing team to ensure alignment on key messages, goals, and overall experience
  • Alongside the Senior Strategy and Proposition Development Managers, Marketing Managers and Change Delivery Manager, prioritises the workstack for 3rd party tech providers in line with agreed road map
  • Works with 3rd party tech providers to ensure regular robust monitoring and reporting on digital product performance and UX metrics Delivers user research
  • Analyses consumer behaviour on current platforms, monitoring interactions to provide insight
  • Provides regular clear UX insight to develop and inform media plans and tests
  • Works with the insight team to develop a greater understanding of our customers and their digital needs
  • Coaches Find and Fund Coordinators
  • Ensures UX delivery plans align and integrate with teams across the organisation
  • Wins commitment from others, anticipating challenges influencing key decisions

What do we expect of you?

  • Maintains a specialist, expert, and broad understanding of product and UX principles
  • Maintains a tenacious awareness of current competitor UX and market activity
  • Maintains a deep understanding of our clients core products
  • Maintains a sound understanding of finance sector regulation
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of website traffic according to metrics such as a number of visitors, visitor demographics, session length, conversion rate, new customer acquisition cost, and more, and uses this to inform UX and design requirements
